When I plug the PICKit2 into the USB Port, I get a message in the system tray, that a new USB Device with the name 'PICKit 2 Microcontroller Programmer' has been found, and then Windows pops up the driver installation window.
I have a Fujitsu Siemens AMILO M1425 Laptop with USB2.0 ports, running Windows XP SP2 (German version). the happiness and surprise was kind of short lived.(so far!) I had ordered a PICKit2 Debug Express kit, and to my pleasant surprise, received it just three days after the order was made.! Hello everyone, and ofcourse, a good day too :-)!
